Airtel users can now enjoy in-flight roaming plans, regardless of whether they are prepaid or postpaid customers. Airtel has introduced these plans to enable internet connectivity while travelling by plane, along with a limited number of free SMS services, high-speed data, limited minutes, and free calling.

These services can be availed through a separate recharge with certain international roaming plans. It’s worth noting that Reliance Jio also offers similar packs for customers travelling on international flights.

Airtel In-Flight Plan Price 2024

Airtel is offering in-flight roaming plans for both prepaid and postpaid customers at a starting price of Rs. 195. This plan comes with 250MB of data, 100 minutes of outgoing calls, and 100 outgoing SMS and is valid for 24 hours. For those who require more data, there is an upgraded plan for Rs. 295, which provides 500MB of data along with 100 minutes of free calling and 100 outgoing SMS.

The most expensive plan, priced at Rs. 595, offers 1GB of data, along with the same calling and SMS benefits. It is important to note that there is no difference in pricing or benefits between the prepaid and postpaid plans.

Additionally, Airtel is also offering international roaming plans with the same benefits. Customers who purchase a recharge plan of Rs. 2,997 and above for prepaid plans will automatically receive 250MB of data, 100 minutes of free outgoing calls, and 100 SMS.

Similarly, postpaid users with international roaming subscriptions will be charged Rs. 3,999 and above for similar benefits. If users do not wish to opt for a separate recharge pack, they can simply choose one of these international plans.

Airtel In-Flight Recharge Plan Offers 2024

Airtel has recently announced several offers for its customers. One of the most notable is the signing of an agreement with Aeromobile, a UK-based in-flight telecom service provider, which aims to enhance connectivity.

According to Airtel, this service will be available on 19 airlines that fly across various international sectors. While the telecom service provider did not specify which airlines would be included, it will most likely be available on airlines served by Aeromobile.
