AskDisha 2.0 chatbot is based on artificial intelligence and machine learning. It supports Hindi, English, and Hinglish languages and is available on the IRCTC mobile app and website.
AskDisha 2.0 can book train tickets, check PNR status, cancel tickets, and provide other services using small commands. These facilities can also be accessed through voice commands.
Passengers can now book train tickets using the artificial intelligence-based chatbot of Indian Railways. They can also check their PNR status, cancel tickets, know their refund status, check their booking history, and even change their boarding station. With this, passengers can download their tickets conveniently.
