Jio Fiber Registration Process for New Connection
To book a Jio Fiber connection, you need to follow these steps:
- Open the JioFiber registration page online.

- Enter your name and mobile number and click on the “Generate OTP” button.
- Enter the six-digit one-time password (OTP) that has been sent to your mobile number.
- Verify the OTP.
- Provide your address so we can initiate the JioFiber connection.
- Tap on the “Submit” button.
- Once the details are submitted, the company will send a confirmation message to your registered mobile number.
- Keep the necessary documents ready to get the broadband connection.
- As per the guidelines provided by the Department of Telecommunications (DoT), you need to have an Aadhaar card or any valid proof of identification and address proof.
After successfully submitting the required details, Jio will send you a confirmation message using your mobile number. Ensure that you have all the necessary documents in their original form to get the broadband connection.
A recent report by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) showed that Jio Fiber has become the largest wired broadband provider in the country with over 4.34 million subscribers, surpassing BSNL.
