Using the following codes, Jio users can activate or deactivate incoming call forwarding on their Jio number. To activate unconditional call forwarding from your Jio number, simply dial 401<10-digit number to where you want your calls forwarded>. To deactivate this feature, dial *402.

- Dial 409, followed by the 10-digit phone number where you want the calls to be forwarded.
- Hit the ‘call’ icon, and all your calls will be forwarded when your phone is switched off or has a low signal.

Jio Call Forwarding Deactivating Code
If you want to turn off call forwarding, you can do so by going to your phone’s Settings, then selecting Call, followed by Advance settings and finally Call forwarding. Advised to dial the *143 USSD Code on your Jio mobile Phone; you will see a list of activated or enabled call forwarding to deactivate it; it indicates your Jio mobile number has call forwarding, and just follow the onscreen instructions to deactivate the incoming call and SMS forwardings.
